Who Is Responsible for Your Data
Intlplay runs this website and is the data controller for personal data collected through it. In this policy, "Intlplay", "we" and "us" refer to the company. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@intlplay.com.
What Data Is Collected
- Messages: the name, email address and message content when someone contacts the site by email.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies only where consent is given.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details recorded in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
- Affiliate data: when a reader clicks a "Visit casino" link, the casino or its affiliate network records that click. The site does not receive the reader's casino account details.
How the Data Is Used and the Legal Basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to messages and corrections | Legitimate interests |
| Measuring site use and improving pages | Consent |
| Keeping the site secure | Legitimate interests |

Sharing
Personal data is never sold. It is shared only with service providers that host the site, provide analytics or handle email, and only for those purposes. Once a reader follows a link to a casino, that casino's own privacy policy applies.
International Transfers
Intlplay's readers and service providers are spread across many countries, so personal data may be processed outside the country where a reader lives. Where data moves between countries, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.
How Long Data Is Kept
- Messages: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your Rights
Depending on where they live, readers may have rights under data protection laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. These include the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Intlplay applies these rights to every reader, wherever they are based. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Requests go to privacy@intlplay.com and receive a reply within 1 month.
Anyone unhappy with how their data has been handled can contact privacy@intlplay.com first. Readers can also complain to the data protection authority in their own country, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or their national authority in the EU.
Changes to This Policy
This policy is updated when the way data is handled changes. The date at the foot of the page shows the latest version.
